The oldest Eastern Shore chapter of Maryland Ornithological Society, Established in 1951

Welcome

The Caroline County Bird Club is for people interested in the birds of Caroline County, Maryland, and beyond. Activities include field trips, bird walks, meetings with presentations, seasonal bird counts and censuses, and more. Most activities are free and open to the public.

The Caroline County Bird Club (CCBC) is one of fifteen chapters of the Maryland Ornithological Society (MOS). Members of the CCBC enjoy all the benefits of MOS membership, including statewide field trips; an annual convention; international travel opportunities; a quarterly newsletter (The Maryland Yellowthroat), and a scientific journal (Maryland Birdlife), published twice a year.  For more information about MOS, go to mdbirds.org/join/about-mos.

For more information about the CCBC, please explore this website.  We hope you will join us for a meeting, bird walk, or field trip!
