Denton’s Official Bird, the Eastern Bluebird has a name!

Thanks to everyone who voted to name the Town of Denton’s official bird. There were so many great choices! The name “Scuddy” won by one vote. https://dentonmaryland.com/bird-city-maryland/ Scuddy was suggested by some members of the Caroline County Bird Club to honor long time member Bill Scudder. Bill just celebrated his 70th anniversary as a member of CCBC and the Maryland Ornithological Society. Congratulations, Bill!
